K11 Night, Asia’s equivalent to the Met Gala, returned to launch “The Love of Couture: Artisanship in Fashion Beyond Time,” a K11 exhibition celebrating fashion’s artistry from the 19th century to today.
Developed with the Victoria and Albert Museum and designed by acclaimed Hong Kong Production Designer William Chang Suk Ping, with UBS as title sponsor, the exhibition bridges Eastern and Western fashion influences, honoring couture’s historical significance. It features bespoke creations by six emerging designers—Tomoko Izumi, Celine Kwan, Windowsen, Ryunosuke Okazaki, Miss Sohee, and Yueqi Qi—responding to 12 curated pieces from the V&A’s collection. Their works, infused with imagination, showcase unique silhouettes and textiles, reflecting couture’s timeless allure.
K11 Night’s celebration invites visitors to explore this cultural exchange, embarking on a journey through fashion’s rich legacy at K11 MUSEA.
